Updated Ordinance for Discussion on Tuesday, January 20

At Public Facilities on November 17, 2025, this item was requested to come back to committee in the new year for further discussion. 

As a result of public input and Committee discussion, Articles I, II, and III now have several text amendments intended to clarify language as well as address concerns about allowable uses and enforcement.
