KEY WORK ITEMS ACCOMPLISHED

• New terminal vehicle lane Storm Water drains completed.
• Pedestrian sidewalk concrete complete.
• Steel structure for new TSA screening checkpoint area and exit lane 90% complete.
• Roof Decking 80% complete.
• Awning footers poured and steel supports installed
• Bioretention stormwater facility work 75% complete.
• Interior metal stud installation 50% complete.

IMPORTANT COORDINATION ITEMS

• Continue re-routing passengers through construction zones
• Demo remaining traffic lane and pave
• Approve interior graphics, light fixtures and accessories.
• Begin parking lot study and prep gate locations.
• Next big step will be framers inside new building.

NEAR-TERM LOOK-AHEAD

• Pave 2 new arrival/departure lanes
• Pour final concrete slab
• Install roof panels
• Complete metal studs and begin sheet rock
• Interior wiring and utility work
